The Programme Information and Collaboration Space (PICS) is an online collaboration platform for tax and customs professionals working in national administrations across Europe.

This collaboration project is led by the Directorate General for Taxation and Customs Union of the European Commission (TAXUD), under the Fiscalis and Customs Programmes.
