Accessing PICS is a 3 steps process:
- Create an account in EU login if you don't have one yet. You just need to provide your first name, last name and a valid email address.
Since PICS is a collaboration platform for customs and tax professionals, you shall use your professional email address to create your account. - Create an account in PICS: use your EU Login username and password to log in PICS. When you first log in, PICS imports your personal data from your EU Login account, and creates your PICS account as Authorised user.
Join an organisation in PICS based on your category to have full access to the PICS community :
- Customs and Tax administration officials: request to join your national administration's customs and/or taxation organization.
- TAXUD and EC officials: request to join DG TAXUD organisation.
- External experts: request to join the External Experts Community. Your request will be processed and verified by DG TAXUD with the relevant units before validating your membership. So please provide a justification and a contact point in DG TAXUD.
Only AFTER your membership request gets validated by the organisation manager, you will have access to the PICS community by becoming a verified user.
